Lead Electrical Technician (South Holland)

In this independent full-time role as a Lead Electrical Technician, you’ll work daily on electrical installations, ensuring customer expectations are met alongside your team.

Who You Are:

• Able to lead a team of (apprentice) technicians.
• Skilled in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems as per given specifications.
• Working with blueprints, work instructions, and planning schedules.
• Responsible for the quality and efficiency of your team’s work.
• Collaborate with project planners and leaders on scheduling.
• Participate in construction meetings.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Driven to grow and develop with the company.

Requirements:

• MBO level 4 education in electrical engineering.
• VCA (VOL) certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
