Job Description
For an international advisory firm working on complex investment projects, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized Business Assistant to provide critical support to our senior stakeholders and project teams.
Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a strategic part in managing CRM systems, digital infrastructure, and client experience, reflecting the high level of responsibility this position entails. Your core responsibilities include:
- Managing CRM systems and digital infrastructure
- Supporting client experience management and handling feedback
- Administrative and organizational support to partners and management
- Reviewing incoming correspondence, scanning, and filing documents in appropriate digital folders
- Monitoring deadlines and obligations and scheduling tasks for partners or responsible team members
- Coordinating activities across different departments
- Supporting the organization and optimization of internal business processes
- Assisting with project-based work across legal and business-related assignments
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English and Russian is required
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a business assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
