Our client, an international advisory firm working on complex investment projects, is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel / Lawyer. This role is ideal for candidates with a fresh professional background who are eager to bring new perspectives and expertise to international projects.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will support corporate and EU law matters and contribute to strategic legal advisory tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on Corporate Law and EU Law within business and investment projects

  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documentation

  • Supporting internal teams on compliance, corporate governance, and risk assessment

  • Conducting legal research and analysis of relevant Dutch and EU legislation

  • Collaborating with international stakeholders and contributing to strategic legal solutions

Candidate Profile

  • Law degree from the Netherlands: HBO Rechten or WO Rechtsgeleerdheid

  • Master’s degree preferred, ideally with specialization in:

    • Corporate Law (Ondernemingsrecht)

    • EU Law

  • Fluency in Russian, English, and Dutch

  • Recent professional experience or new to the market, bringing fresh insights

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently in a dynamic, international environment
