Office Manager (Part-Time, 3 Days a Week) – Luxembourg Office
For our client, a major international company, we are seeking a part-time Office Manager for their Luxembourg office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming/outgoing documentation and mail.
- Handle phone calls and report issues to IT Helpdesk.
- Greet guests and ensure a tidy reception and conference areas.
- Support office strategies and budget management.
- Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and vendor contracts.
- Maintain office security and assist with document archiving.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including communication with local authorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, PA, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge of office maintenance, supplier market, and budget management.
- Fluent in English and French.
